Position Description:
The receptionistposition handles a high volume of phone calls and direct contact with public, victims, and law enforcement where good communication and interpersonal skills are required. Receptionists handle calls through a console operator computer program, research cases for callers, and assists clerical staff with the research and distribution of hand delivered evidence.
Essential Job Duties:
- Dependable and routine in-office attendance during regularly scheduled business hours.

- Ability to follow rules, regulations, policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalency. Criminal justice and/or legal background preferred, not required. Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
