SALARY RANGE
$33,760.00 - $37,136.00 $1,260.00 - $1,428.31 Biweekly

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent assigned to this position will provide administrative support to the Quality Services Division. The incumbent spends a majority of time inputting and retrieving data for tracking purposes for preparation of various reports and analysis of data for more efficient services.
Acts as the receptionist answers the phone, greets, announces and routes visitors and callers to the appropriate staff. Schedule meetings for the Risk Management Conference Room. Receives, screens and routes incoming mail.
Prepares and tracks all personnel documents for Center Monitoring and Security Services to ensure the paperwork is submitted in a timely manner.
Processes routine correspondence and reports; proofreads documents for the Center Monitoring and Security Services departments.
Enter and retrieve data from electronic files for compilation of reports, and/or information requested. Maintain department databases and disseminating special reports.
Order and maintain the office supplies. Prepare and track all requisitions for supplies and blanket purchase orders in the AribaMyFlorida Market place (MFMP).
Other related duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and practices.
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position frequently, but also occasionally move about within the campus of Tacachale to access other staff, buildings, and materials.
- Must be able to speak and hear clearly.
- Must be able to lift, carry, bend, crouch, reach overhead, stand, and walk on an occasional basis.
- Must have manual dexterity (i.e., use of fingers, hands, and arms).
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
This position may be required to perform essential services before, during, and after an emergency per APD OP 2-0035.
This position is critical to the safety and supervision of residents and may require the incumbent to work beyond their normal work schedule to maintain minimum coverage levels in the facility.

As a condition of employment, a person appointed to a position in the State Personnel System is required to participate in the Direct Deposit Program. BACKGROUND SCREENING REQUIREMENT
It is the policy of the Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities that applicants for employment undergo Level 2 employment screening in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 435, Florida Statutes, as a condition of employment or being permitted to serve as a volunteer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
