Education and employment history must be verifiable. Please attach any credentials you claim (degrees, certifications, etc.) to your application.
Must register for the certification testing, both clinical and written, within 45 days of graduation.
Must successfully pass the certification testing, both clinical and written, within 120 days from graduation.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Able to attend class Monday - Friday during the training program
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as scheduled once the course is completed
- Successful completion of the due diligence process to include, but not limited to, a Level II background check and drug test
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years of age
